About Andy Ward Studio

The studio is based in a forest just outside Holt in an area of outstanding natural beauty by the North Norfolk coast. Specialising in coastal wildlife art the studio produces small limited edition runs of artwork on Hahnemühle fine art papers. Editions are currently available exclusively through the Bircham Contemporary Arts Gallery.

Andy Ward is an award winning British illustrator with 20 years experience working with some of the largest brands in the world. His editorial work has appeared regularly across the UK national newspapers and he has held weekly or monthly slots in the Independent, the Telegraph, the Observer, the Sunday Times, and has contributed weekly to the Daily Mail for the past decade.

In 2014 he was awarded the World Illustration Awards professional category winner in Advertising and Design for his work with the University of California, and was again runner up last year with a UK advertising campaign for Morrisons.

His contributions to the WWF and Do The Green Thing have been exhibited alongside the work of Sir Quentin Blake, Sir Paul Smith, Rankin, and Marion Deuchars.
